A technological enterprise in Barcelona are looking for a Junior Marketing Manager.

This is a newly-created position, therefore a strong independent working ability is highly recommended.

Desired skills and knowledge

Responsibilities:

Work closely with our partners, both internally and externally, to develop plans, including company positioning, operative and strategically Marketing, creative briefings and market research

Oversee design and implementation of all aspects of marketing campaigns

Act as liaison to the sales department to insure a smooth flow of information, materials and communication required for a successful internal and external communication

Work with Human Resource Management for setting up internal and external communication (social media), based on the company’s corporate design

Organization of international exhibitions up to twice a year, including on-site handling

Work effectively with our International companies, providing strategic directions on global marketing and campaign development

Develop and execute promotional opportunities and partnerships

Tracking of costs and attributing costs to lead sources

Writing texts for press releases and newsletters in English

Basic Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years in a technology producing or programming company, preferably toll systems or public transportation

Experience and understanding of the marketing discipline including market research, product positioning, promotions, and distribution in the sector of a B2B or governmental related company

Minimum 3 years in marketing with proven success at developing, implementing and executing a corporate identity

Excellent organization and project management skills

Very good written and oral communication skills in Spanish and English

Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities and adhere to deadlines

Proactive self-starter with ability to work independently and set priorities

Preferred Qualifications, that would be a plus

Experience in toll systems or public transportation

Broad experience in Asian and/or South American markets

Good knowledge of Portuguese

Must have

Very good written and oral language skills in Spanish and English

Required Education

Degree in marketing, business administration and/or a related field

Beginning: 1st of February or later
